How to use garlic medicinally
Https://home.howstuffworks.com/garlic.htm?utm_source=email&utm_medium=share&utm_campaign=hsw_share Day ii taking an enormous clove once a day has unstuffed my sinuses & shifted my niggling winter cough. If I need to go out, Iβm hoping the smell will ensure I have a 2m safety zone. π§π§π§π§πππ

A lovely woodland walk/powerwalk
The smell of the
garlic
was absolutely beautiful today, I couldn't get enough of it. I walked a little further today, more walking than jogging as I was wearing walking boots for the woods as they are a little damp but not too bad. I walked 27741 paces today which is around 13.89 miles.

Strategies for keeping vitamin K intake constant
Also used to eat alot of
garlic
, olive oil in my foods which I was told to avoid. Would really really appreciate some help. I just ordered a book Dr Coumedin hoping it may help and I'll need to update my clinic.

Relaxed!
The
garlic
is spreading all over the ground and the bluebells are shooting. Only passed 3 dog walkers - so lucky to live where I do.

Home made waggamamas
I then spread it with miso mixed with soy sauce then dipped it into panko breadcrumbs (you can sub polenta) mixed with black pepper, Chinese 5 spice, nutritional yeast, onion and
garlic
powder. Then fried it. It was delicious we really enjoyed it π I served it with rice. Ali ππ±

Period d*?
I've not strictly stuck to low fodmap but steered clear of
garlic
and onions(although last time I had onion I was absolutely fine). However, yesterday and today I've had awkward bms. I had gas both mornings which was painful and generally grim then 20mins later had what looked like explosive d*.

Tickβ First job of the day completed.
But most often used ingredients are Onion,
garlic
, chilli, tumeric, horseradish which I didn't have, oregano, thyme. Topped up with apple cider vinegar and honey. Now I just have to wait and see how it develops. If others try we could do a taste test in a few weeks π.

Corn bread
Finely chopped, red onion, chilli,
garlic
, sweet pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn with cumin and smoked paprika. I served it with nutty brown rice and corn bread. It's the first time I've made corn bread and here is the recipe I used.

A chilly but lovely power walk
Hi all I did a coastal walk today but did walk through some woods on the way and the wild
garlic
was smelling lovely. I walked 21777 steps today so doing well, making the most of it before we get any rain so am enjoying this weather whilst it lasts.

Garlic and rivaroxaban
I wonder if anyone out there knows of any dangerous interaction of
garlic
extract with Rivaroxaban. Iβd like to take it as a dietary supplement but am wary!

How I overcame IBS-D
These are fatty foods, spicy foods, tomatoes (particularly concentrated),
garlic
, milk, caffeinated and de-caff coffee and tea, cola, peppermint, chocolate and aspirin. With milk, the issue is that the calcium and proteins trigger gastric acid release.

Quinoa and Red Lentils with Veggies
I have frozen onions,
garlic
and lots of veggies frozen including many I've blanched and frozen myself, so I could make a meal like this with just dried and frozen food.
