Tonight for dinner I had marinaded and panko crumbed tofu, stir fry with ginger and garlic, peas and cauliflower βcheeseβ it was delicious.
First I dipped the drained tofu in a mixture of passatta, chilli flakes, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper mix together with a little plant milk. When it was sufficiently covered I dipped it in the crumbs. I loved it, so delicious.
Does anyone else who is not gf use panko crumbs?
