IS it ok to eat wild garlic leaves if you have IBS?

I know green bit on spring onions (scallions) are ok, but onions and garlic in general NOT. Flavouring fooods then removing the garlic (like oils) is also ok...Anyone know about wild garlic flowers & leaves? Lots around just now & they will freeze ok...
