Cold sores and rash on mini-pill
Hello from Canada! I just went on the mini-pill (progesterone only) because my reactions to regular ones have been crazy, I've been on 3 days and haven't experienced mood swing or anything. But from all the other hormonal contraceptives I've been on I've always gotten cold sores. And ontop of that on

Spinal cord stimulator
Has anyone had a spinal cord stimulator to help with CRPS? If so did it help, how was the recovery time and are you able to function better then before it.

Newly diagnosed
Hi all sounds like I'm in for a difficult time, newly diagnosed and so far only my hands and arms up to shoulders are affected. I started with carpel tunnel syndrome, within a month my wrists and fingers stated swelling, this reduced the pain in my fingers, but it has travelled to shoulders, turning

Two truths and a lie
Up until now, the only thing that got me nervous was when my little girls went out for the night, and of naturally, right before I say Worcestershire sauce. But everything's changed. Been diagnosed with COPD (truth), had to quit smoking (truth), telling everyone around me "I'm fine, it's all good,

Health Check: what is the common cold and how do we get it?
'The ācommon coldā is common. Most of us will have at least one or two per year. Children get sick more often and very young children often get more than five colds per year. Even though itās so common thereās a lack of good research looking into this infection and ways to prevent and treat

Our Deadly Diabetes Deception
Here is one nice article .. http://www.healingmatters.com/deception.htm it says... Repair the faulty blood sugar control system. This is done simply by substituting clean healthy beneficial fats and oils in the diet for the pristine looking but toxic trans-isomer mix found in attractive plastic containers

Not a pretty pic but.......
Apologies for the picture! As you can see I have an infected toe, I've had a week on antibiotics but it's no better, worse in fact, my GP says he doesn't think it is infected and the fact it isn't healing is nothing to do with my ET or the HU! š³ I managed to persuade him to take a swab for testing but

Hello wonderful people of HU, I am sorry to yet again be posting another search for info, I hope one day to be a contributor but alas, I am still feeling very unwell. I've tried to speak to my doctor about all this and the line is usually - eat less/exercise more as its all down to my recent weight
