Low free T3, T4, rT3 - advice needed please?
Hi, please could someone offer some advice on how I can improve my T3, T4 rT3? I was suffering from a virus (not Covid) over the summer and since then my white blood count (immune system) has been low but is starting to build back to again slowly. I also didn’t have a period for 5 months in that time

Mirtazapine
I've been doing some research on taking Mirtazapine when you suffer with COPD. I am quite anxious & feel quite stressed & last year while having a bad time with my COPD my Dr prescribed Mirtazapine, while taking this I felt I had more breath & felt able to cope better. Has anyone else tried this medication

I've only suffered with this since being on levothyroxine. As a result my vitamin D levels have dropped because I haven't been taking it because the noise

How concerned should I be about spreading oral herpes?
I’ve had oral herpes since I was about 13 and only recently found out that even when there is no outbreak or symptoms, there is still a risk you can pass on herpes. This has led me to become almost phobic of touching my own lips in case I spread it to myself genitally and I’m particularly scared of

Petscan Results - Great News!
Did another petscan last Monday and the results compared to July's last scan were an absolute blessing. Scan summary says: "No definite hypermetabolic lesion to suggest FDG avid locoregional recurrence or metastatic disease. Stable faint uptake in right small axillary scar, likely post procedure.

Algesal Cream
I have found something that helps. When my legs start getting painful, it always starts in a different place, arch of my foot, back of my knee, thigh, calf, really random. As soon as I feel it, I rub my leg to see where it's painful and massage it with this cream. It seems to work! It also works

Since being diagnosed with lupus, I have had increased amounts of ridges on them but now the nails are splitting down to the nail bed. Also, my thumb nails are separating, as in, the back of the nail appears to

Ear Eczema
I keep getting an itchy weeping rash on my left ear, I also have scaly itchy skin on the inside. I went to the chemist who said it was eczema and gave me epaderm cream which has really helped. I've had allergic eczema since childhood but have never had it on my ear like this before, can't seem to find

Sores in nose - chemotherapy
Apart from a runny nose with chemotherapy (Carboplatin/Pemetrexed) I'm also getting sores that are very similar to cold sores - tried betnovate cream, but not much good, then tried Zovirax which is better, but doesn't clear them and still forms scabs that bleed. It can be very sore and painful. Any

My neuropathy has decreased that It's barley noticeable at times. Stress and inactivity increases it though.
Why? I don't know. I might to start to believe a 100% recovery might be around the corner somewhere. Some changes I've made though, I've increased my injection slightly these past two months. I noticed major change in increasing my exercise regimen followed by ice baths, cold therapy and breathing
