G68 PSMA vs Pylarify
If insurance covers both, at the same psa number which scan is more sensitive to locate bone metastases or soft tissue/ lymph node metastases. If there have been any comparison studies/ data please share. Thank you!

Update re: decision on RAI
The main reason for referral was the somewhat controversial opinion that subclinical hyperthyroidism can be a risk factor for osteoporosis (I already have established osteoporisis and have been treated sucessfully for that for the past 10 years - no
fractures
so far, touch wood!)

PSA staying down--would any kind of scan be helpful?
Hello: For starters----my PSA went down to .01---July 2022,. Oct 2022 it was less than <.01 and January 2023 it again is <.01. My last Nuclear bone scan was May 2022 and the bone mets were still pretty bright on my scan. I do not have bone pain, and I feel good, most days. I started on Xtandi in

Dexascan shows bone deterioration. Not keen on adcal so looking at Vit D3 supplement. Need to avoid K2.
Those who have read my previous posts will know that after discussion I had a flare (we think due to bivalent covid vaccine) so now back up to 12mg.So need advice and ideas from any of you good folks with medical science experience, knowledge or background re vit D3 etc. Dexascan compared to 3 yrs ago

Cerebellar degeneration
This autumn was 4,5 years post surgery and I have had an increasing numbers of falls,
fractures
and other injuries. Shockingly the neurosurgery centre has just said the degeneration has nothing to do with the acoustic neuroma (or indeed the surgery).

Bone health and fractures during pregnancy
Hello everyone, I want to know from real-life examples whether any one of you has had
fractures
or osteopenia/osteoporosis state worsening while pregnant. To tell the truth I am between a rock and a hard place, whether to have a second child.

Study says orchiectomy has higher risks for fracture than chemical castration. I wonder why.

osteopenia worse, im on enoxaparin/ lovenox any thoughts on vitk2?
I had repeat dexascan says my hips are getting worse, anyone on enoxaparin/lovenox taking vit k2 for “calcium to bone absorption”? Docs are talking about fosamex, etc, but I would rather do vitamins if possible. Not looking for medical advice but would like to know if others with APS are taking it

Study reveals genetic chain reaction that drives the spread of prostate cancer
Once the cancer is in the bones, it drastically deteriorates bone health, often leading to
fractures
, breaks and other life-threatening complications.

Have you experienced over-exercising as a dancer which has lead to osteoporosis?
We are particularly interested in hearing from someone who may have then gone on to develop osteoporosis and may have had related
fractures
(broken bones) as a result. We will send through five questions and are looking for short responses (150-200 words) for each.

Apalutamide (Erleada) Only Lasted 6-7 Months! What Next?
After being on Apalutamide, Lupron, & Xgeva, since April of 2022, & PSA drop from 7.3 (extensive bone mets.) & a drop to 0.1 (for 2 mons.), PSA rose to 0.6 over 3 mon. w/o lab work because doing so well. So, don't know exactly when it started to rise but the rate of increase is geometric! MO wanted

Second Opinion?
