I am having frequent UTI , I saw GP yesterday and he said I have a cyst on 1 kidney 5 cm , and 1 on other kidney , I have RA , Osteoarthritis, fractures my back 3 yrs ago never seen anyone about omit , consultant knows but nothing done 😞

I started to have reoccurring UTI around October, 2021. My last antibiotic treatment was around January, 2023. After I finished that treatment, I followed my friend’s suggestion to take some probiotics, like plain Greek yogurt, milk kefir, etc before bedtime, this is really helpful. Now I don’t have any symptoms, I am waiting for the test results. One more thing I did is every time after my bowel movement, I will apply coconut oil to the area. Hope this will help you. I know how frustrating it is.
