It's been a kitchen day today
I made a low
fodmap
vegetable curry and Vegan roasted chickpea and vegetable bowl with peanut cream. I ground down some oats to make oat flour, made peanut butter and vanilla ice cream for hubby.

Food intolerance testing
I, myself, went to a Nutritionist last year and when I mentioned it to the Dietician I'm seeing for the Low
Fodmap
diet she basically said don't take any notice of it and the only way to do it properly was to look at your diet. Since being under a Dietician I'm feeling so much better.

Gastritis/esophagitis
Trying to follow a low
fodmap
and gastritis diet is so frustrating as a lot of the foods you can have with one issue can’t be had with the other. How long does gastritis/esophagitis take to heal for those of you that have experienced the same issues? Will the nausea settle soon and appetite return?

FODMAPs help
Hi, I’m trying
FODMAP
diet as told by GP. I need some help changing as I eat a lot of cereal with milk and Hummus, it’s seems hard as I’ve been veggie for a while and it’s gonna be a massive shopping list change.

Two years later from near death. PA, low B12.
Take action to heal, exercise if you can, go on a low
Fodmap
diet if you can, do mindfulness and wellness, keep on the fight. There is always ways to improve even though you're bedridden, you can improve by sitting on a chair for 5 minutes. Small steps will lead to greater steps.

Vegan Jackfruit Curry
Here's the recipe: https://thymeandlove.com/easy-vegan-jackfruit-curry/ I used a whole tin of coconut milk and made it low
fodmap
by making it GF and I used Hing instead garlic and onions. Enjoy the rest of your evening. Alicia🌈😊😋

Kitchen duty
I swapped out a few things i.e. onions and garlic, I used Hing so it could be low
fodmap
and I used my homemade low
fodmap
veggie stock, I also used olive oil infused with garlic instead of grass fed butter.

Scleroderma and fructose malabsorption
I’m on a low
fodmap
diet now... seems weird that I would develop hashimotos, scleroderma and now fructose malabsorption. It’s like my body hates me! 😉

Struggling with soy?
I have been tested for soy allergy and oat allergy (and am waiting results) as my digestion had gone into free fall and ended up at my GP's suggestion on a low
FODMAP
diet. This brought to light these 2 issues I kind of knew I had - but as far as soy goes - no idea how bad.

FOOD MAESTRO APP
I’m on the
FODMAP
diet and have been using the FOOD MAESTRO app, I’ve always been signed into the app, but yesterday when I clicked on the app, I had to sign in, which was a bit strange.

Little IBS Update - Help with Excess Gas?
I think if I can get a hold on this, together with the
FODMAP
trial, I can really get a hold of my symptoms. Thanks :)

Really struggling with Low Fodmap Diet
I am now on week 5 of low
fodmap
diet - put on this as GP hasn't a clue what is going on with my digestive system and thought this may find what is triggering off my symptoms.

Do Probiotics Actually Help?
I’ve struggled with IBS for two years now and thankfully sticking to mostly a LOW
FODMAP
diet helps. But I’m curious if anyone has noticed a significant improvement in taking probiotics as well? Can you recommend some brands please?

Low FODMAP and Food combining may help IBS
I have never been properly tested for IBS but a nurse at my GP surgery said she thought I had IBS and advised me to go on a low
FODMAP
diet. She also prescribed Mebeverine, to be taken 20 minutes before each meal.

Learning About my symptoms and situation, FODMAP? Do I actually have IBS? Anxiety?
If anyone could recommend anything, is
FODMAP
a beneficial venture or just to share a similar story I'd be really appreciative. Thank you!
