Hi all
Thought I'd share this recipe that's been sent to me. When I've finished the Low Fodmap diet then I'll be giving these a whirl.๐

These look great. Iโve made non gf brownies this way and they were delicious. Beetroot and chocolate is a match made in heaven ๐ hopefully you can make them soon!
They really do Ali and I bet they were delicious the ones you made. Beetroot is one food I've found I can eat - yay
Well that is good to hear! ๐
It really is as I love it.๐๐
Hi! Just came on this group to look for recipes etc and found you mentioning low FODMAP! ๐Iโm on it too, have been for about 4 years. Still no onion, garlic, gluten or apples for me! How about you?
Hi there Stanleyboy , welcome to the group. I've been on the diet since 13 January and I have to say the difference it's made to me and my life is amazing, I wouldn't go back for sure.
You've been on it for a very long time. Am I right in saying that you are following your own personalised diet now then? I'm in the introduction phase and I react really badly to barley, (that's my worst one) and I've tried dates, I know I'll be able to eat these in small amounts as the reaction wasn't too bad at all, fairly mild, broad beans, that's a no no, onions, in small amounts, fructose, definitely not and I'm on the 3rd day of garlic now and I can eat beetroot with no problem - yay. Without checking my diet sheet I'm not sure what others I've tried.
I make my own spelt sourdough and it works a treat for me so I can still have bread.
