We have awful weather today so what else can you do but cook. I cooked a new recipe today and the only changes I made were, I swapped out the peas for green beans (I can't go anywhere near peas, I was surprised they were in the recipe as they are a high fodmap food, you are only supposed to have 18g per serving) and I made my own curry powder as the one in my cupboard is high fodmap which I hadn't realised when I bought it. I made 4 servings by adding extra water and that makes it low fodmap.
I've also made a couple of batches of biscuits for hubby and waiting for my roasted peanuts to cool down so I can make peanut butter.
