FOOD MAESTRO APP

I’m on the FODMAP diet and have been using the FOOD MAESTRO app, I’ve always been signed into the app, but yesterday when I clicked on the app, I had to sign in, which was a bit strange.

After, correctly entering my email address and password, It wouldn’t sign me in and a red warning sign appeared, saying that ‘the username or password is wrong’ when clearly they aren’t. Anyone else had this problem? It’s getting frustrating now.

Yes I had had the same issues with the Food Maestro App, I find it is really poor on user experience. And when checking foods it needs to be reliable and quick. I don't know why KCL have an app partnership with them

I have moved onto the Tummi App, but I think they are just on Android. Their food diary is really good and has helped me understand which fodmaps I cannot tolerate

If you stick with Food Maestro email them, the App stores must have Customer Service email addresses provided

I emailed them, posted on their Twitter account and also sent a message via Facebook. I only use the app to scan certain foods, I also use the MONASH app, to keep a diary on my toilet trips.

I also use the free MyFitnessPal app, to keep a diary of the food I’m eating, I need to put in weight, so I’ve set myself a weekly target of gaining 0.2kg per week, my target is to consume 2330 calories a day, it’s a good thing to encourage me to eat more.
