Tired and fat
In the last 8 months I've been prescribed
fluoxetine
for my anxiety. I feel really tired all the time and putting on weight at a rapid pace. I go to spin class 3 times a week and always watch what I eat. Had a blood test and doctor has put me on 100mcg & feel worse than ever.

SSRI includes citalopram, escitalopram,
fluoxetine
, paroxetine, and sertraline. Serotonin and Nor-epinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) are newer drugs very-much effective in the treatment of major depressive disorder and mood disorder. But sometimes SNRIs use to treat anxiety also.

Is this it? How I am supposed to be? Trying for something different.
The only thing they want to do is up my
fluoxetine
. I am just knackered all the time. Could sleep for ever and still need more. So it is either depression, menopause or my age 47 (obviously all downhill). I really feel like throwing the towel in on life but would not want to hurt my family.

Prozac aka fluoxetine
I'm not sure how I got on this site, but it makes me wonder if doctors are no longer prescribing Prozac. If I ruled the world I'd put it in the central water supply. It saved my life and I will never stop taking it. In my opinion it's the miracle drug of all time and I believe that it could have prevented

Antidepressants Interaction
My GP thinks I need more emotional support and prescribed me
Fluoxetine
antidepressants. I am also on warfarin, hydrocloxcloine and methotrexate. I think the
Fluoxetine
interact with all these. I asked my GP but didn't really get any help apart from I need to ring my Rheumatology.

Duloxetine
Hi all hope your day has been a good one and if not hope tomorrow is better! Has anyone taken Duloxetine to help with mood and pain? My rheumatologist seems to think it may be helpful at the moment whilst I'm waiting for a new treatment to work.

A New Treatment for Postpartum Depression?
Presently, the pharmaceutical treatments on the market consist of either tricyclic antidepressants and/or selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as
Fluoxetine
or Sertraline. Researchers are now studying new ways to treat PPD with the hormones allopregnanolone and ganaxolone.

Hello everyone,I hope you are all well? Is anyone on Duloxetine? Does it help and how long did it take to kick in? I have just started it and just wanted to hear from people who take it.

I know respiridone interacts with the
fluoxetine
I'm on making it more potent so I'm wondering if this could be a reaction or if I'm sick. Anyone got any advice?

Cutaneous vasculitis flare up
I'm experiencing a flare up so am feeling pretty low at the moment. I am currently taking 20 mg prednisolone pregabalin 100mg twice a day and duloxetine for the nerve pain. I am waiting for an urgent referral to come through to my consultant. I just wondered if anyone may be able to shed some light

Sildenafil (Viagra) in the treatment of Raynaud's?
I've been to see my consultant recently and he has suggested I give this a try, I have CREST and have tried Nifedipine and
Fluoxetine
in the past but haven't seen any benefits with those. Would be great to hear your experiences of this drug.

SVT and palpitations update
This doctor prescribed
fluoxetine
and a few fays later the palpitations had gone. I don't know if I have SVT still as I no longer feel my heartbeat but even when exercising I find it hard to get my heart rate over 100 and there are times when my blood pressure is borderline low.
