I have today being called in to see GP, respiratory physician thinks I could have PCP and requested I have a bronchoscope and wash. I have been on antibiotics for 4 weeks with no improvement. I refused to take anymore until they know what is causing my shortness of breath and tightness in chest and throat.
My GP thinks I need more emotional support and prescribed me Fluoxetine antidepressants. I am also on warfarin, hydrocloxcloine and methotrexate. I think the Fluoxetine interact with all these.
I asked my GP but didn't really get any help apart from I need to ring my Rheumatology.
Is anyone else taking antidepressants to help them?
Thank you all in advance.

If I were you I would wait with the antidepressants till I have talked with my Specialist. I suppose that is your Rheumatologist you talk of.
Your GP should not decide about your drugs as that should be a Specialist who can give order to the GP if he likes.
What I am worried about is that your INR is so low. I think at least that you wrote that in your previous question. ?
Call your Specialist as soon as possible as to the the shortness of breath which he should know about and that the antibiotica has not improved the symptoms at all.
I have rung twice and left messages, don't think I will get a call back today will be Monday. I won't take the antidepressants until I have spoken to him.
My last INR was at 2.3 first time it's being in range although I am now on methotrexate which can change it. My next test is Monday.
