Prostap for Endometriosis?
Hi everyone, I’d like to know if you’ve had experience where you’ve been put on Prostap for suspected endometriosis/ fibroids and NOT had improvement from it, and subsequently had laproscopy where endometriosis HAS been found? I’ve been on Prostap (with Tibolone HRT) for 6 months but with limited improvement

So much confusion so much pain
After MRI's/CT/ECHO/PET they came back severly inflamed liver with Bridging
fibrosis
. Her liver was at 30cm. With 4 masses, but with a normal echogenic texture, normal portal blood flow and pressure. But one mass was compressing the IVC, and Portal vein.

He said often blood starts to look normal as you progress to cirrhosis from
fibrosis
so blood is only good up to a point. However bx confirmation doesn’t change treatment from what he said just closer f/u.

new diagnosis
I was diagnosed a few years ago with nafld and then due to an error had a two year gap between a
fibrosis
score and getting the results. That showed a jump from 7 to 16 in the score so I was offered another test. The new test gave a result of 28 and a fat scores of 396/400.

Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy D&C polypectomy - Help!
Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has had the above procedures and whether this helped them get pregnant either naturally or through IVF? My gynaecologist has recommended the above but I’m worried it could make getting pregnant more difficult. Any success stories?? Thank you! x x

Pathology c/w: Lung parenchyma with focally minimal
fibrosis
, no explanation for a nodule is seen, no granulomata or carcinoma seen. Six additional levels of blocks A1 and A2 of the lung biopsy have been examined and again unremarkable fibrovascular tissue and lung parenchyma is seen.

Advice on explaining lupus & scleroderma to my grandson
I have mixed connective tissue with both lupus & scleroderma along with pulmonary
fibrosis
, trigeminal neuralgia, osteoporosis, oesophageal problems…… (I’m sure you get the idea!) I’m hoping that someone can give me some advice on how to explain this stuff so that a child can understand.

Constant Worry - It's Me Again
However, mild to moderate bone marrow
fibrosis
is noted. I sent a message to my hematologist through the patient portal and received a reply. She says the biopsy showed
fibrosis
but not enough to warrant a diagnosis of overt PMF.

Anybody had a similar experience? I am trying to stay positive but last time we had a bfp was super strong and even had 3+ on a digital ended in a MMC! This is our 3rd fresh ICSI cycle with none to freeze again 😞 This time tests are still very obviously positive but not strong at all! Decided

Gallbladder polyp?
anyone have a gallbladder polyp? Just had sonogram fatty liver resolved and normal size. Just a possible gallbladder polyp or stone my Gastro Dr said. Slightly smaller than 5MM. Said it wasn’t a big concern just to have sonograms to follow. My only concern is it said may represent a polyp. And impression

They said everything seemed fine and no sign of

. At first I was elated, however the scoring on different websites are so different. Should I relax a bit or should I be worried. It’s taking me ages to pluck up the courage to post. Thank you 😊

Latest update on my FEDORA trials experience and ongoing treatment.
At least I will still get my RBC transfusion tomorrow to boost my Hb level, today it was 78 so well below what it should be (120 to 150) The last clinic appointment 4 weeks ago was quite interesting, results from the recent BMB shows hypocellularity but no evidence of
