does invisalign plastic influence fertility ? "It starts with the egg" Rebecca Fett
hi all, I am reading the book "It starts with the egg" by Rebecca Fett at the moment, and getting extremely paranoid about the plastic in invisalign (I have been wearing invisaligh for 7 months now and never thought of any danger) . There is a statement on invisalign website that it is BPA and phthalates

Advice
Hi all, I had surgery 4 years ago due to pain and
fertility
. In 2021 I did my first IVF cycle which ended with a miscarriage and then my second round went full term but sadly our daughter passed away in February. We have since done two more IVF cycles which neither have worked.

To freeze or not to freeze
I have an apt with Leeds
fertility
on 19th Jan to discuss this with the consultant but as no one can ever give a time frame on AMH levels, the decision is still going to be mine. So I need advice from people who have been here and done this. Any advice please everyone 🙏

3 days into Diagnosis: Boderline Mucinous Ovarian Tumour
At 28 years of age, and in a stable secure relationship, I'm young and wanting a family in the next 5 or so years, so it's a case of hopeful
fertility
conservation at this point. On the previous MRI and ultrasound, nothing was initially detectable on the other ovary.

Diet when trying to conceive?
There seems to be a lot of newer information regarding the "
fertility
" diet. Here is a great article which discusses this:Â https://www.mamasconnected.com/post/is-fat-bad-foods-to-eat-when-trying-for-baby Did anyone follow this diet and have success? Other diets? Thanks in advance!

New thyroid and iron panel results - trying to conceive
I do have the results for lots of other things (full blood count,
fertility
hormones, sex binding globulin, urea and electrolytes, potassium, sodium) but I haven't posted them as I don't yet understand them and thought this is enough for one post.

low AMH 0.5 and 10 follicles
I went for a
fertility
MOT about a month ago as I just wanted to gain a better understanding of where I’m at as I want to freeze my eggs. I was told that my AMH is low (0.5 pmol/ l) and I have 10 follicles (5 on each ovary).

Fertility
I’ve just come back from an appointment at the hospital regarding our
fertility
, I have been taking Clomid but this has not been affective. They are now going to give me Prostap injections again to give my body a rest.Â

Thyroid in pregnancy
So, as with all of our
fertility
journey, we are just floundering about and happening to find out things here and there by chance- self-advocating and trying to persuade medical professionals to help us. Any advice would be appreciated.

Low AMH and now adenomyosis - feels like the odds are very much against me for IVF, any help/advice appreciated for a newbie to this forum
We got a GP referral to our local
fertility
clinic a year ago but discovered I had a low AMH (2.32) and my husband’s semen assessment showed bad morphology (shape less able to penetrate the egg). Therefore it turned out we would not be eligible for NHS funding (which was our first blow).

What next? Advice on going abroad and different treatment plans after BFNs and poor egg quality.
A bit of a run down first… 5 years of
fertility
treatment for unexplained infertility. NHS Put on clomid - didn’t work and never should have been put on it because of thin lining issues.

:) We lost our baby last year and after TTC for the last 12 months decided to go for
fertility
tests and found out due to high 'natural killer cells' we will need treatment to have a baby to term (this is not provided on the NHS).

Ablation of endometrial tissue
I am 32 years old without children, I have read the ablation of endometrial tissue is not recommended if you would like children in the future as it can effect
fertility
and cause pregnancy to end in miscarriage. As you can imagine I am devastated.

High ana & 2 miscarriages
I’m looking into this myself as
fertility
wasn’t mentioned when I got the results and a lot of women seem to suffer
fertility
issues when they have this reading. I’ve phoned my Dr today who needs to get advice. I told her what I have read others have been prescribed.

One thing stuck with me that a
fertility
dr said to me, you can do everything right with IVF and not get the reward. I do truly believe this, but one thing we can always have is hope but and also knowing our limits physically and emotionally..
