Do energy drinks have a negative effect on your liver? I mentioned taking 1 daily as I was always feeling tired and normally if I don't have 1 I tend to get more tired and sleepy. They never really said if they were bad just not to take excessive amounts of them?
I'm wondering whether they best option until I can see my consultant again is it treat them same as alcohol to be on safe side? I just don't want the fatigue to come back...... I'm doing what I am told and have lost 4lbs in weight which is a first in years!!! so they can't be harming me that much can they?
