hi all me again you may remember as well as restless legs I started with muscle twitching after my hip surgery in February that’s gotten progressively worse with a brief interlude of passiveness but is now aggressively back with a vengeance

I’m also experiencing severe muscle fatigue and weakness now due to the constant twitching and my right arm feels so weak so the horror of MND raises its ugly head again

I wonder if anyone in here has seen a good neuropsychologist in the derby Leicester area as I’m really struggling right now I’m spending several hours in floods of tears and I have a 17 year old I don’t want to impact. I feel so alone and scared which is probably not helping my symptoms

After almost 6 months of all over body twitching and the restless legs I’m exhausted with the unpredictability and my body is just physically worn out and the mental torture of the waiting game for all the tests regarding serious neurological illnesses is just harrowing.

Thank you to everyone in here who has given me advice on the restless legs issue as you have been really helpful as the restless legs is somewhat better the twitching however is back to fever pitch.

I am so sorry to hear this Zenawarrior.I can't give any names, as I don't know anyone in that field.

I wonder if you can try medical cannabis? It might help calm down your overstimulated central nervous system.

It's expensive, but worth a try.

I would imagine they would prescribe Indica flower to vape throughout the day.

There are now several private cannabis clinics in the UK.

Jools thanks so much I hadn’t considered medical cannabis to vape but it might be a good shout to calm down a very dis regulated nervous system I will start trying to find a clinic nearby

Amazing thank you so much Chris I’m contacting these tomorrow as I just want the twitching to calm down as my anxiety with it is through the roof. I really appreciate this I will come back and update everyone how I get on
