Anyone switched to nighttime for taking Bisoprolol or split their dose ?
advice re adjusting my Bisoprolol, text messages saying my query has been triaged by a clinician and my meds will be reviewed on 25th March.. even though I’ve said I’m crashing every afternoon and can no longer go on , I need to try something different as the last 2 weeks I’ve lost most of the day to

Even an hour can be overwhelming when you don't feel well or are experiencing that dreaded itch or
fatigue
. No matter what happens, just try to be kind to yourself just as you would be to a friend. Do just one thing that makes you happy.

progress with tapering
I wait for
fatigue
and depression to level out before tapering again. And I do not begin a taper when significant personal events are happening. Very methodical.

Reset - depleted
Severe back pain and sciatica Severe
fatigue
Once I started injecting twice a day , 3mg per day (1.5 mg each dose). I started improving. 1.5 mg once daily wasn't enough. This however made me realize that in my case, I can't go without the injections, especially when I exercise so much.

Does armour effect cortisol?
Ok-ish in mornings but
fatigue
by afternoon. He’s massively craving salt. I made mistake of googling this and it’s potentially linked to low cortisol/adrenal insufficiency. Cortisol levels were checked prior to starting armour and were high.

B12 made symptoms go away
About 3 years ago, I had
fatigue
, myclonic jerks especially while sleeping which woke me up and tremor feeling inside me. I took B12 sublingual for 2 or 3 weeks and the symptoms subsided.

how to get projects done with fatigue
so I’ve been pretty stressed this week. I’m a teacher and I’m teaching a new class and the prep is pretty intense and I’m also in meetings all day and have another big project on top of that and what tends to happen is that I just get overwhelmed by all of it and then procrastinate and it just gets

Daughter's symptoms
She has had really quite bad
fatigue
for 10 years and will just drop asleep any time of the day as she is so tired. She doesn't have an overly stressful job but does have some digestion issues and knows that beef/yeast/milk are not her friends! She does have a moon face.

Polymyalgia and Norovirus
Though the worst of it has been over for a day or two I still have a energy sapping
fatigue
. Could the polymyalgia be a cause of this and should I increase my pred from the 5mg I am at present taking. I would be grateful for any advice after a awful week !

Is it my spleen?
Fatigue
comes and goes. But just recently I have had 3 or 4 bouts of pressure under my rib cage with some pain off and on going down my sides. The pressure feels like a fist under my rib cage, where the V is and my whole abdomen feels bloated.

Vitamin d
My body is really reactive to meds (ME, pituitary issues, IBS don’t help), but am wondering if this could help the horrible bone pain and
fatigue
. Already seeing improvements from SI b12 even though it’s early days. 😊
