Even when you have a liver diagnosis it doesn't necessarily mean all symptoms are related to your liver.Dizzy spells need to be investigated by your GP since these can be related to blood pressure, heart, inner ear or other issues. If you are a driver these episodes need to be investigated a.s.a.p. as it's not advisable to drive when these are occurring.

Do you have any other diagnosed health conditions other than fatty liver?

Are you doing all you can to help improve the fatty liver?

Normal bloods and normal scans would indicate your liver isn't getting worse.
