I have had significant
fatigue
, dizziness/light headedness, palpitations since end of April and have been off work with it- I had put it down to stress (has been a very stressful past 2 years). I feel energy had been reduced for some time prior to this and haven’t had energy to do much exercise.

What I noticed was a wave of
fatigue
would come over me & when I ate (tho did not necessarily feel hungry), I felt like a wilted flower that had just been watered. Had gustatory thermogenesis (warm/hot after eating).

quadruple bypass
hi there I was hoping to get some information about
fatigue
following bypass. My boyfriend had a heart attack and then required a bypass. He got one about 1.5 years ago. But he is struggling with tiredness to the point of exhaustion. He exercises about 5 days/ week.

Feeling so isolated after my diagnosis of endosalpingiosis
I’ve had migraines, sickness, nausea, pelvic pain, chronic
fatigue
and I’ve bled continuously since April. I’ve been to my GP (transferred back to the NHS) and quite frankly, there is no support. Not one GP I’ve seen is taking me seriously and I feel so isolated.

Symptoms of thyroid issues but tests normal
I’m on HRT but still feel cold, get crashing
fatigue
, have missing outer third of eyebrows, brain fog, low mood etc. My folate came back as low with enlarged blood cells (100 MCV). I had a Medichecks test recently at 10am and these are the results. Family history of thyroid issues on both sides.

I joined this forum when I was concerned about
fatigue
that started eight weeks after I'd been given a new heart valve in July 2023. (I'd made an excellent recovery.)

Surgery options
I have had severe pains everyday for a year along with
fatigue
, nausea ect. Everything's been ruled out apart from endometriosis which is what all my symptoms and history points at.

Ongoing exhaustion after surgery
Hi All, does anyone still suffer with chronic
fatigue
and exhaustion after surgery. Mine was over two years ago and thought I would be fine by now. Is it normal to still have really bad
fatigue
?

New here 🤗
I was diagnosed in 2017 with chronic pain, chronic
fatigue
and osteoarthritis. I have tried all pain medications the NHS has, and nothing touches the pain. I have had horrendous pain in my feet, left one for over a year, and that disappeared then it started in the right one .

I find this helpful;
I came to this when trying to express that my
fatigue
was dissimilar to what is assumed to be
fatigue
. I came up neurological
fatigue
which gets progressively worse over time.

Looking back I have been breathless going up two flights of stairs at home for a while, but another respiratory virus in November left me with
fatigue
,cough and breathlessness. My G.P started me on inhalers while waiting for a Spiro test.

Does anybody else feel that their diagnosis might be wrong?
I already have several chronic pain conditions which also cause
fatigue
, so there is some symptomatic overlap. The rheumatologist who diagnosed me, said that he's never seen anybody manage fibromyalgia so well, which was an odd statement, to begin with.

She has symptoms of aching and
fatigue
and has had high cortisol and some symptoms of Sjogrens (tested for this but not diagnosed). Her TSH is 3.7 and FT4 9 (7-25) Antibodies not tested. She thinks her pituitary may be at fault and is aware of secondary hypothyroidism.

Suspected B12 deficiency
I have an appt on Friday with a chronic
fatigue
syndrome clinic/endo. I'm just wondering if I should dive straight in and ask for a trial of b12 injections? After these results I added high strength b12, b complex, iron, vit d and k2, Magnesium.
