If I wake up in the middle of the night I inject. I suspect the reason I wake is lack of available B12 for whatever reason.

I still experience lack of appetite which is better described as feeling full and to eat would be similar to eating more after a too large meal. I use nutritional shakes when I know I need to eat. Better nutrition does not address this experience although many without experience think I am incorrect. They do not know any better.

I think in terms of my neurological system and how it is affected by my supplementation rather than B12 deficiency. The B12 deficiency affected my neurological system. Until proven otherwise all my symptoms are neurological and the understanding of B12 is currently heavily influenced by the 60 year old red blood cell concept. I heal my neurological system not the cause.

I came to this when trying to express that my fatigue was dissimilar to what is assumed to be fatigue. I came up neurological fatigue which gets progressively worse over time. It is like running a ten mile race and you are fatigued and rest and sleep cannot happen and you did not run ten miles you only walked 60 yards. It is insidious and in the USA the treatment is 60 years old and good enough for the physicians. You will suffer but not die this meets their needs.

Great stuff Wizard,

Yes a neurological insult can cause ‘gastroparesis’ sounds fancy. So, PA/AMAG/B12D can cause not only delayed stomach emptying. So we can lack appetite, get full easily, suffer bloating, constipation and also difficulty swallowing.

You know your body better than anyone else.

We can feel super fatigued or exhausted. A particular part of the brain is linked to circadian rhythms called the hypothalamus, it is also responsible for temperature.

Some of us have night sweats, burning foot syndrome. So we wake up to cool down .

Keep wizzing the Wiz
