Do I have a problem?
I've always been very food aware, and I have always watched what I eat and been cautious of not putting on lots of weight, but I feel like its becoming more serious. About two years ago I began throwing up and eating less and less which lead to quite a lot of weight loss and the loss of my periods.

Here we go!
So I have spent a week exploring the site and we had our anniversary celebrations this weekend so had lots of yummy food until I can't stand another bite and ready to tackle this 12 week plan now. I have around 8 stone to loose but at the moment would be happy with just 3 to get me in a healthier state

Hi, my name is Vicky, I am 32 and a Mum to my adorable 5 year old son. I have battled with my weight ever since overcoming anorexia when I was 17. I pretty much allowed myself to eat what I wanted and as much as I wanted when I was pregnant and from being a size 12/14 and weighing 11st, I rocketed up

Found this about occasional splurges
Those who seem to be affected most by food guilt are following a strict diet plan but struggle with the slightest hiccup. A night out with friends indulging on wine and pizza or a few cookies with the kids sends emotions of guilt spiraling out of control. Women seem to be affected more than

Day 1 of my diet
Well I've done it!! I've taken that first step to becoming "less of me" and I couldn't be happier. I bought a wicked set of scales that tell me my weight, BMI, body fat %, hydration and muscle mass. They even bluetooth the details to my phone app!!! There is no hiding the truth from myself now!! For

anyone else on steroids (for health reasons) and struggling to lose weight?
Hi folks, before my kidney transplant I had no problems losing weight; I simply reduced my calorie intake and increased my exercise, however ever since the transplant I have to take steroids daily and find I am really struggling to lose weight. I am exercising on average 6-7 times a week, mix of running

Progesterone cream
Hi there I have been prescribed progesterone cream, I administer 20mg every evening. IM wondering does this contribute to weight gain? Or is it just water retention that you get with the cream. If it is just water retention can I counteract with drinking green tea and plenty of water?

Cold walking this Saturday morning (6th day)
I almost did not go today. I had and extra rice cake(2) because I was a bit more hungry this morning with no salt and peanut butter along with cereal and my fiber. I thought with that then I would not extra at supper time. I had to really think that extra rice cake would not put on weight and it

Morgellans
Does anyone have any experience or know anything about Morgellans? I've been feeling like I'm being bitten by something for weeks -even went to my GP convinced I had scabies. She couldn't see anything a prescribed an anti-fungal and steroid cream. The sensation of being bitten is continuing and I've

Guilt Free Flapjacks!
I have been searching the depths of the internet for a healthy flapjack and have combined various ideas/made up as went along to create my very own sugar/syrup/honey (don't like honey!) free flapjacks. Just waiting for them to cool but found them very tasty and sweet enough. The texture was a bit porridgy

newbie-my third day
Well I am working on my third day hopefully of recovery. I am still trying to keep moving on exercise of my half hour walk. I had to push myself to do it today but I made it. I find it hard 3rd or 4th day if I am not perfect in eating I slide back. I go to the dollar store for cheaper price chocolate

Fighting the gremlins...
I started out in May weighing 155 pounds and two weeks ago I was down to 144 pounds - only 7 pounds from my goal of 137. My weight loss has been slow at around half a pound a week but that was fine by me. Over the past twenty weeks I have run at least 5K three times a week and increased my strength training
