I'm determined to not be fat and fifty, yes I know I've got 5 years to go yet, however I not only want to achieve losing 5 stone by then, I want to be able to maintain it. I've pretty much yo-yoed all of my adult life. Alway successful with low fat, low calorie and exercise, however I have 0 willpower and tend to find my motivation dwindles. I also have the added issue that I despise the gym and most days pain or tiredness reduces the exercise prospects.
Therefore the new plan is that by sharing this journey I will be able to remain in "The Zone". So here goes......this picture is my goal xxx

The NHS 12 week plan is really good, so do have a look at that and see what you think.
I'm 45 and my reason for joining was exactly the same. Too lose some weight & keep it off. When I started the healthy plan I set my self a target of 68kg. I managed to reach this weight about 10 years ago & felt much better.
In the last 10 years my weight yo-yo'd between 68 and 77 kg.
