Endo and mega high levels of oestradiol...
My cognitive issues/brain fog/inability to learn new info/feeling confused and forgetful; they are getting worse and worse. I thought these would be menopausal but my blood tests today show that I am not menopausal at all. How can this be? My oestradiol levels are 1888 pmol/L and FSH is 6.8iu/L and LH

Boosting Low labido, Testosterone, progesterone
Has anyone taken a particular supplement or combined, mini pill or mirena coil and found it has had positive benefits on increasing labido? I feel oike my thyroid symptoms and levels are managed quite well but still no labido and that makes me sad. Scared to try anything incase it has a negative impact

Vaginal atrophy and dryness
Hi everyone, I've been prescribed Estriol which is a hormone for vaginal atrophy and dryness after pelvic radiotherapy 9 years ago. Does anyone have a suggestion for an alternative cream or pessary please as I don't want to use a hormonal solution especially after reading the side effects? Thank you

Pausing BAT ?
For now I am pausing BAT after six rounds, but would be interested in any thoughts. I am on continuous Eligard, with dutasteride during the last three of the six periods. Each testosterone shot was 400 mg, given at intervals of two months or more. I also take a lot of the usual supplements. Prior

DHEA query in relation to thyroid and cirtisol/adrenal issues.
Hello all This isn't strictly a thyroid query but it 's hormonal and there are overlaps. Can anyone tell me if they take supplements of DHEA and what your experiences have been? I am attaching a pic of my recent cortisol results. It was mentioned by the lab that supplementation with DHEA may increase

benefit of taking a break from Lupron and using darolutamide alone?
1st diagnosed 2003. RP and psa increase 2005. Radiation and then intermittent till 9/2021. Darolutamide added 3/2022. Present psa .3. Would there be a benefit to forgoing Lupron and using Darolutamide as primary, allowing testosterone to recover and taking a break once it does to allow body to recover

going off hormone therapy
When I started hormone therapy about a year and a half ago (zytiga and firmagon) I started losing weight despite eating like a horse. In researching hormone therapy., There was a nature article saying hormone therapy has a side effect of muscle loss. I started out at 185 and now I am down to 130. as

Increased Incontinence 2.5 years into stage 4
Diagnosed with stage 4 June 2020 with only treatment being ADT. Currently on Xtandi and Lupron. I have a couple questions for this amazing group. On my last 6 month Lupron injection the nurse injected the medicine very fast and spent a considerable time mopping up what was leaking out. I usually ask

SPIRONOLACTONE . WHEN CAN I STOP TAKING IT?
I'm eager to know others experience and advice about Spironolactone. I was prescribed it 2 years ago when I had Ascites. I have never had a repeat of Ascites since that time, have undergone surgery successfully unrelated to liver issues and had no problems post General Anaesthetic. In short I have been

Other Gleason 8 guys, I see in studies, research and in on going trials, Radical Prostatectomy shows better over all survival
On another site yana, ( you are not alone, a prostate survival story site) a site of survival stores all the Gleason 8 with Radiology Prostatectomy, have longer survival, some guys are still alive after 10, 12 years and I talk to a few that actually had RP after metastatic spread… There are now

diabetes and prostate cancer
I’m a stage lll patient with a tumor out and against the rectum. 18 months of ADT lupron and zytiga with near 40 rounds of radiation. I’ve been reading about a relationship between diabetes and prostate cancer. I was told that my treatment (reducing my testosterone) probably caused it to increase dramatically

Another Blow
So after taking all the supplements that the consultant suggested e.g. Impryl, CQ10 and starting and having to stop DHEA (higher normal range for DHEA-S & testosterone before taking) he’s just today said I only have a 2-5% chance with natural or mild IVF. Also, I explained I was in the upper nomad range

Request for assistance in interpreting blood test when GP is satisfied but I am not, and still feel terrible...
Hello, first post here after a couple of months reading. I was diagnosed hypothyroid about twelve years ago and given radioactive iodine treatment (and little alternative - I knew very little then and was scared into it by talk of heart attacks, etc). Since then I have been on levthyroxine. My dosage
