Endometriosis advice
I need some advice. I've seen the gyne once so far and they've prescribed me to take norethisterone for 4 months and see how i go until April which is my next appointment. If these tablets don't work the next step is to have an op to see for definite that it is endometriosis. Has anyone found that norethisterone

Lower DHT and Estradiol With a Supplement?
Patrick posted about the anti-cancer benefits of Astaxanthin...there is actually a study about a supplement that combined Astaxanthin and Saw Palmetto...might be worth trying...Swanson sells a supplement like the one mentioned in the study Gus http://www.newhope.com/managing-your-business/triarco-launches-mytosterone-website

BiPolar Testosterone and Estradiol
Another takeaway from the study below is that it makes sense to keep estradiol low when receiving BAT or TRT...can you spell Arimidex Gus http://www.ergo-log.com/teston6.html

After reading the article below I am not taking testosterone boosting supplements or even testosterone itself....not enough is know about the long term prognosis...for now it looks like the best bet is to make friends with Xtandi. http://www.ergo-log.com/teston6.html

Can anyone help with sex hormone results?
Hi I am wondering if a lot of my problems are down to my sex hormones ( I'm 47) and seem to suffer on and off through the month. I don't have hot flashes or sweats but when my hormone drops they are triggering migraines( which I never used to suffer previously) and also digestive problems. It seems that

Recently diagnosed
Hey guys, so around September time I started my periods which were super heavy. After 6 weeks of non-stop, heavy bleeding and really bad cramping I was admitted in to the emergency gyno ward who a week later, diagnosed me with endometriosis. They've put me on the pill which I've been taking for a month

Low libido
Hi, I'm new here! I'm a 27 year old gym instructor, recently diagnosed with PCOS when I went to the GP with virtually no libido for the last 2-3 years. They sent me for blood tests and then I had the pelvic scan which determined PCOS. However as I don't want children right now they just left it at that

Norethisterone finished, but not bled yet....
Hi Ladies I was hoping for some advice please. I finished the Norethisterone on Tuesday, I was taking 3 a day for 1 week. I have my baseline scan on Tuesday, but I haven't bled yet....will this make any difference to starting the stims or does it not matter? I'm worried in case it delays things. Thanks

Endometrial thickness
So last cycle the lining was too thin. Yesterday it was 17 which my consultant seemed to think was fine. Just been reading some stuff that over 16 can be as bad as it being too thin. Then read other stuff that this thickness is a good thing for implantation. At least my progesterone has stayed down

It's all go...
Hi Girls, Sorry I've not posted for a while, wasn't in the best place, but feeling more positive. Medication arrived last week and we went for our drug appointment today - showed us how to do the injections and explained everything (although still a lot to take in). I'm starting on oral meds tomorrow

Oh no! Ate before blood test
Soo not my proudest moment but I accidentally ate 2 ounces of butter and 1 bag of precooked brown rice around 6:30 and went in for bloodwork around 8:03. I completely forgot not to eat and remembered just as I was in the lab techs office (by this point she was already getting the needles ready to draw

Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Medicinal Fungi - Button mushroom - Agaricus bisporus
Surely I jest? The lowly white button mushroom [WBM] contains an aromatase inhibitor. As such, it may inhibit the conversion of testosterone to estradiol. WBMs are also a source of conjugated linoleic acid [CLA]. Surely, not a whole lot - but [1c] describes it as "an important component". & "WBM was
