How do you regulate dosage of the Estradiol patch?
After 4 weeks with the Estradiol Vivelle-Dot (delivers 0.05 mg/day), my E2 reading was 43 - which is a lot higher than I want it. 12-30 is the range. I did not have a baseline E2 test before applying the patch, but assume after 3 years of ADT, it would have been pretty low. Does anyone have some

Norethisterone whirlwind
Hi, First time posting. I’ve just finished a course of norethisterone to give me a period (I don’t get periods…) and it always just leaves me feeling so out of sorts. Really emotional and empty. Does anyone have any advice/tips to try to feel better after taking it??

OHSS query
Hi all, I am about to start Menopur injections tomorrow after my bleed kicked in finishing norethisterone which made me bloat a lot! I have been reading about OHSS and getting myself worked up about it all and I wondered if anyone could help settle my mind. I’ve been told I’m on a stronger drug regime

Private endo for elevated prolactin
Hello I have been referred to an endo by my GP to investigate elevated prolactin levels. I discovered this by chance from a Medichecks result for menopause screening. I had two further tests on the NHS, and all three showed levels of around 700 (the upper level is around 500). There are obviously big

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

Norethisterone before IVF short protocol
Has anyone used Norethisterone before a short ivf protocol when they don’t get periods (I have Ashermans)? Do you know why they start stimulation the day after finishing Norethisterone in this case, but if someone uses Norethisterone prior to an ivf cycle and usually has periods they insist on waiting

No period yet after taking norethisterone
I finished a 5 day course of norethisterone five days ago but my period has still not arrived, I was told it would come 2-3 days after stopping the tablets. I started taking 5mg twice daily on CD 21. My cycle is normally 35-40 days if the norethisterone worked I should have started bleeding on day

2ww 10dp5dfet
Hi. I'm currently on my 2ww 10dp5dfet with 4AA grade Embryo. I started having cramping after the procedure for day 2 and 3 and little cramping everyday and then no cramping. I experienced some sensitive boobs but that has gone away. I'm experiencing alot of wet vaginal discharge that appears white/grayish

Thyroid estriol
Hello I apologise that this is similar to my other posts, but I’ve hit an incredible low!! I have not had a period for a year - nearly 50 - and tests 6 months ago from medi checks showed I was going towards menopause. So - no blood tests right now! I have paid to see a bio identical hormone doctor

Blood Test results - interpretation please
Hi all Ive just had female hormone panel done - am I reading this wrong or are my oestrogen levels off the scale? I am perimenopausal but currently using Utrogestan and supplementing with Menofriend which contains phytoestrogens? It has me really concerned. Thanks in advance Proteins SHBG 51 nmol

Hot Flashes/Flushes RX
Now going to Mayo Clinic in PHX and have new MO as suggested by some of you. Had lots of ground to cover with Dr. Moore to catch her up since my Dx 4/20 and following treatments. One area was hot flashes and my desire to try low dose estradiol patches which in my view had a bonus in helping my bones

OTD is tomorrow and I am a nervous wreck!
I'll be 14DP5DT tomorrow and I'm testing in the morning (arghhhh help!). My actual test day by the clinic is Saturday but they are closed so I wanted to test when they are open just in case I needed them. I don't really know what I'm looking for, I guess abit of reassurance! This is my third transfer
