I have been reading a lot about using Tumeric as a pain killer for helping with Fibromyalgia and Arthritis pain and other inflammation. I thought someone had asked of the effectiveness it is a highly effective painkiller and could be useful to us in our armour against pain. The dose it would seem

Cant take anymore of feeling so low
I have made previous posts, still feeling horrid severely depressed, feel like I am in a bubble, keep bursting out into tears for no reason still on 100mg of Thyroxine, going to gym regularly and training hard, which is giving me a bit more self esteem but things I normally enjoy, I just feel so out

Should I take GP advice (50mg levo) or naturopath advice (thyro complex plus other supplements detailed below)
When I say GP advice, that's not strictly true, she says my bloods are normal and because of this site i tell her they're not. so she reluctantly started me on 25mg levo for six weeks and then yesterday after new bloods i asked for this to be doubled to 50mg. TSH range (.35-5). i'm aiming fir ONE but

Gingko biloba extracts are frequently mentioned across the various herbal/alternative medicine sites. Indeed, I have been tempted to try it myself for a non-thyroid reason. So any concern over its safety has to considered carefully. This paper comes from a reputable source and suggests the very

What mulit vitamins are better for supporting T3
I bought Centrum performance with added ginseng and ginko biloba. But this also contains Iron 14mg. Am I ok taking this before bed? Think Im short of some Iron- but I am wary incase it blocks the T3.

FIBRO FOG - CAN YOU SEE THE FUNNY SIDE?????
This guy doesn't have Fobro Fog but I sure know how he feels... "$5.37!" That's what the kid behind the counter at Taco Bell said to me. I dug into my pocket and pulled out some lint and two dimes and something that used to be a Jolly Rancher. Having already handed the kid a five-spot, I started

Hi! ladies, I haven't blogged for a while but still read all yours. I'm on 3rd time around since March this year with no treatment only on Letrozole. Had a scan on 29th June & it showed a very minimal decrease but it also showed it had moved into lymph gland in abdomen. I read in one of the blogs
