I bought Centrum performance with added ginseng and ginko biloba. But this also contains Iron 14mg. Am I ok taking this before bed?

Think Im short of some Iron- but I am wary incase it blocks the T3.

When do you take your T3? You need to keep any thyroid medication well away from any calcium (and that includes milk) or iron suppliments. Why do you think you are low in iron, have you had blood tests that show you are low?

Calcium at 10pm and just started taking Centrum with Ginko biloba and ginseng. also has iron added in at 14mg.

I feel my iron is low cos I feel run down- dizzy-headaches-burned out in the afternoon, I have RA too which I take Leflunomide and Hydroxychloroquinne- wondered if this in inhibiting absorbtion????
