2ww - nausea
Has anyone tried taking peppermint oil capsules during the 2ww? I'm feeling slightly nauseous and peppermint oil capsules normally help, but I'm not sure if it's safe to take them or not. I know there are some essential oils you're meant to avoid completely.

Many symptoms and Thyroid/auto immune tests positive
I have never in my life thought so much could go wrong at the same time. I have a TBI, which got worse with each of my two pregnancies, I had the worst luck of incompetent doctors not believing me for a long time, actually had me convinced I was making it all up until it was proven they were wrong, my

Allergic to essential oils and fragrances.
The hardest thing to find is a conditioner that works for my coarse, dry, color-treated hair. Any recommendations?

Anyone have any luck with any essential oils, supplements, diets or anything else to help aliviate the pain. I'm desperate. Tylonal and ibuprofen are not helping. Heat pack helps temporarily.

Ned some advice on good things for my electric burner.
I used to love incense and scented candles but I don't feel happy using either anymore as I read somewhere that these are not good if you have Emphasyma which I do. I have stopped using any sort of aerasoles and don't like Glade plug ins and they smell synthetic so I plumped for a Glade electric burner

Spasticity
I joined this forum in 2014 and I was aware to a few medical terms I hadn't heard of before. One of those terms, that came from angelite, was 'spasticity' because she has it. I had an idea what spasticity was but did not really know completely... Until now. My brain injury occurred in 1996. For years
