Hi, I am new to this site because I have been struggling with side affect from Bacterial meningitis for almost 2 years. Tired of Drs. Has anyone tried essential oils? Gotta try, very frustrated, please help

Hello Brandi, I was diagnosed with TB meningitis in 2008. The only essential oils I find beneficial is lavender oil to help me sleep. I'm open to suggestions to keep me alert once I am awake though 😊
They may help, but I think the best thing is to plan a day with rest intervals and a have a healthy diet with,very little alcohol, hope you feel better soon
