Essential oils.
I am aware I have to be careful with essential oils incase it interferes with treatment but lavender essential oil is so relaxing on my pillow or in diffuser. A good all rounder, I dilute with carrier oil when my scalp gets itchy! It's beautiful.

Extreme Fatigue
Hi There... this is my first post but I have learned a lot from the Patient perspective by reading your posts. I learn things that I’m never going to learn from an Oncologist. I have survived 5 1/2 years from MBC and although on constant drugs I only once agreed to chemotherapy. After 11 weeks I told

Tips and tricks for coping with anxiety
While suffering from anxiety for years, I have come up with some tactics that I personally use to help me get through each day as minimally anxious as possible. I hope you find them useful or somewhat helpful! 1. When waking up the first thing I do is sit quietly for a few minutes and pray. You can pray

Tip for calming down and relaxation
Lavender essential oils in a diffuser or just rubbing it on your wrist or your collar bones really helps to help you relax. Lavender air mist and candles work really well too. Its just a soothing and comforting scent. Also great to help you sleep.

Let it snow..
Nice pic of father and son on that path enjoying the day.. Well had my results, lots and lots of cysts on those lung pictures, small ones big ones..it needs the LAM specialist to read them and it will take ages.. I was trying to see if there was something where I have the pain but I can’t understand

Son Newly Diagnosed
My 6 year old son was recently (12/19) diagnosed with combined ADHD with anxiety disorder. The therapist recommended CBT and I’m just getting started and trying not to get overwhelmed by all the information out there. Right now, my first task is to find a therapist that’s a fit for my son and trying

Day 2 of hell on earth. Any tips?
This has been the second day in a row in which I am so super emotional it sucks. I’m physically exhausted and sick. I don’t know how to calm myself down. I try a bunch of things but it doesn’t work. Meds, essential oils, music, crosswords, reading, writing, mindfulness, art in every form, therapy, groups

Hi there, have had treatment-resistant MDD for 14 years. Been on every medication except the MAOIs, and had a little success with IV ketamine. I’m wondering if any of you have had any improvement in symptoms using essential oils and/or the new stimulator that’s out - it’s for home use but I think it’

PMR since Sept 2017
After my original post, I think it was PMRpro that asked for a more indepth description of my journey. I have an appointment in December 2017 with my Rheumy and am wondering what questions I should ask. So here is my journey: February 22, 2017 – Saw Dr Gio for pain behind my clavicle bone he ordered

Essential oils for COPD
Hi My mum has COPD, probably down to her having an autoimmune disease firstly. I want to know how I can try to stop it from getting worse, she has said her coughing is now starting to scare her. Has anyone tried any essential oils in treating this and if they work? Any advice would be great Thanks
