Does anyone use essential oils for any of their Parkinson's symptoms? And do they work. I saw a post several years ago and I tried to follow up with the person but no response. Thanks!
Essential Oils: Does anyone use essential... - Cure Parkinson's
Essential Oils
I use straight lavender oil on my toes when they are curling under it seems to help. I use rosemary oil that is diluted in another massage oil on my neck and different parts of my body that hurt. Frankincense is really good too and they say it crosses the brain barrier. Almost any essential oil is good. Some of essential oils you can buy cheaper on eBay.
Wow this must be the right combination as I just suggested the same before seeing your post!
I would certainly go for lavender, it's great for relaxing muscles and the mind and totally safe. Rosemary is good for lifting the spirit and my other favourite is a drip of frankincense.
I have used Doterra essential oils for several years now. I have found that Marjoram and Frankinsence to be a good combination to offer support for muscle spasms and inflammation. There are several oils that offer support for symptoms of PD. Send me an email for more information.
Thank all of you so much. I will keep you posted.
Frankincense oil gives some relief from neck pain and cramps when I massage my nick with it also its good for mood .
