Hey there. I haven't been on in a while and I want to come on and just mention essential oils. I am not a distributor but one of my friends gave me one and I love it. It's called peace and calming. I'm. It going to say it has cured me but in these past 3 weeks I've noticed such a difference! It made me think of all of you. So I just thought I'd come on and tell you guys. Maybe you can find some and give it a try

Lavender oil really helps too. I just found some lavender capsules that are supposed to be as good as a zanax. Really hope they work!
