Essential thrombocythaemia

My husband of 81 was diagnosed with myelofibrosis last week after having Jack2 negative essential thrombocythaemia since 2009. His consultant will be watching him closely for the next few months and has not yet prescribed any treatment.

This comes after 21 years of living with another form of blood cancer, Essential Thrombocythaemia (ET for short). That’s under control and like CLL is a chronic condition with good life expectancy if properly monitored and managed.

I am aiming to continue decreasing the platelet count and my herbalist suggested asking whether anyone here has any experience or knowledge about using Lumbrokinase in supporting the effects of Essential Thrombocythaemia? Many thanks!
