Elbow Replacement Surgery P3 on Waiting List
Saw the elbow surgeon yesterday, he's putting me on the waiting list, category P3. Can someone explain what that means, categories were not mentioned when I had neurosurgery and hip replacements. Thanks.

testing protocol on T4 and T3
Hi all. Does anyone have any experience/wisdom re a good time to take T3 pre bloods? I currently take it when I wake up which is between 6.20 and 7.30 and in the afternoon between 3.30 and 4.30. I have a first test since starting combined therapy booked and am wondering when I should take what.

Does anyone know if you can take eltroxin along with progesterone and estradot patches / vagifem
I’m on thyroid meds /-eltroxin .I take these in the morning on an empty stomach I’m going on the above HRT meds . Shall I take them in the evening after food ? Eltroxin states on the leaflet that HRT may Interact ? Pharmacist says there should be no interaction ? Maybe I should get my bloods done

More people need CPR training. Not enough people do. I am an ex Nurse and Firefighter and seen first hand the benefits of learning CPR ect. I now have my First Aid Instructor qualification and teach Basic Life Support-CPR-Defibrillator training. My own training has helped me in 2 different situations

PD and orthopedic surgeries
I’m debating having a partial knee replacement (for patella femoral arthritis) AND/OR Morton’s neuroma surgery. I really need both, but am very concerned about not being able to exercise, the way I usually do, for at least a few months. Would it be wise to schedule both surgeries just a couple of

Categorize Differences ?
I have said before, my first neurologist , a world recognized doctor in the field of PD told me 20 years ago that someday what we now know as Parkinson's Disease will be 10 to 15 or more individual diseases that resemble each other but may be treated differently. I keep forgetting this and continue

Why should ft4 be at a certain percentage through reference range (mid to upper) when on T4/T3 combination therapy when T4 is inactive?
As per the subject title, if ft4 is inactive, then why do some people on T4/T3 therapy only feel good if their ft4 level is at the mid/upper level despite the fact their ft3 (active form) may be at a optimal level? Or if they are not feeling well, why are they advised to increase their Levo dosage if
