Ibs or celiac

hiya so for a few years off and on I’ve always had bloating , pains in adomin ect. But now constantly everytime I wee I always need a poo but I’m always straining . Couple of weeks ago I had bright pink blood in my sick. And for a couple of weeks I had mucus and blood in my stool. Doctors want to do a poo sample and blood test and they said I could have something wrong with my gut/IBS has anyone experience these symptoms and what was you dignosed with. It’s hard to go out cause I get constantly stuck on the toliete. My brain is worried sick that I have something seriously wrong . Thankyou . ☺️

Hi I know how worrying things like this can be and I am no doctor but when I had upper GI probs I had a Gastroscope/Colonoscopy. Has this been mentioned by your GP?

Not yet, yesterday they told me they want me to send stool samples and do blood tests to have a look.

and where I feel like a I need to open my bowls I’m get stuck on the toliete for half an hour but it’s not a poo it’s thick mucus/discharge coming out instead .
