Bupropion/Zyban/Wellbutrin and sleep?

Hello,

I started 150mg over a month ago. I had sleep issues previously but now they seem to be getting worse. Psychiatrist has recently asked me to take 300mg as apparently I haven’t responded that well to 150mg. Feeling reluctant to do so. My HRT was adjusted at the same time by an endocrinologist. So I don’t know what could be the cause.

Has anybody had sleep issues with Buproprion? If so did raising the dose help?

I have worse sleep issues with most antidepressants. Can they give you something at night for sleep? There's an over-the-counter sleep aid doxylamine.

Marysblue,

Thanks I’ve tried Promethazine that hasn’t helped either. GP has prescribed Zopiclone.
