Chronic pulmonary aspergillus
I was practically begging them to start some treatment but they stuck in saying none necessary, it all blew up in January when he had a large hemoptosis, and they had to have an
embolisation
of 3 vessels, it was only then and I feel after I had got his haematology consultant involved they decided to

Male factor infertility & varicocele embolisation
The consultant said research on varicocele
embolisation
is inconclusive and most studies say how
embolisation
is not effective. I went to my GP who was not convinced DH had varicocele at all and quoted research that was against treating varicocele.

Feeling a bit out of things!
When I was 47 for fibroid
embolisation
and when I was 49 for loss of blood. I have also in the last 6 months been stated as aged anywhere between 33 and 64. Well I am somewhere in that age group - 55 actually but I wonder if they are talking about me or someone else.

Treatment options for adenomyosis
I've also read of uterine artery
embolisation
as a possible treatment of adenoymosis. Has anyone tried it, and if so what sort of affect did it have- did it help? And what are people's experiences of being referred to a hysterectomy, particular having had no children- was it difficult?

just wondering and worried
Saw consultant again thought I would be suitable for Uterine Artery
Embolisation
. (the artery to womb are blocked allowing fibroids to shrivel and shrink). Which I needed to have an MRI scan for. When I saw the consultant after he said I as suitable and started the process going.

fro my Adenomyosis....which they originally thought was a fibroid and it seems to have worked so far....although was a bit painful after I had it done.....I didnt want a hysterectomy although I may have to have one eventually....just for women who want to keep their
