Hello, Just looking to see if anyone has any advice / can offer any reassurance on my current situation! Long story short......3 years ago I suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage and have since recovered reasonably well. However off of the back of that I was diagnosed with a rare and complex spinal AVM

Carcinoid cells from lung spread to liver 30 years later even though the lungs was removed
Treatments for my tumors can only be done one way I cannot have chemotherapy now as they say I could Finnish up with sepsis also they would normally use surgery but for me it's impossible with 1 lung to have general anesthetic so they are doing an arterial
embolisation
meaning they will access

Hi Everyone, New to this and although I suffered my subarachnoid haemorrhage in September 2014 this is the first time I've come across this site so I'm hoping to be able to seek some advice / reassurance about some of the symptoms that I'm still experiencing. Firstly.... a little about my experience

Has anyone had Embolization, am having it in Feb & am terrified?
I have fibroids & am going to have embolization in February as that or a hysterectomy seemed to be my only choices. I am terrified especially as the Dr who is doing it told the only reason I will spend the night in hospital is because I won't be able to cope with the pain at home. From what I have read

Success story - infertility, low sperm count and Endometriosis
My husband had/has low sperm count and we tried IVF twice last year. Sadly failed. Between this my husband had a small op for the low sperm count called a varicocele embolization. The specialist we saw told us this op would take 6 months to work due to growth of sperm taking this long. Exactly 6 months

Endo and Fibroids?
Hi all, I am so relieved to find this site as I sit here with my hot water bottle dosed yet again on max ibuprofen and considering taking a co-codamol too as the pain is so bad in my back and hips. I have always had heavy periods and taken it that that is just the way it is for some women. However,
