I am not able to stick to LCHF diet, At the same time, I don’t want to take insulin and tablets to bring down my T2 sugar levels. Is Stem Cell Therapy address my problem?

Possible gallbladder problems
Hi sorry if this post is in the wrong place. I've posted on various communities before but now after speaking to my doctor yesterday she thinks I may have something wrong with my gallbladder. I've had upper abdomen pain, mostly on the right side but also across the mid to upper area of my back. This

Diabetes Type 2, PD and Berberine
Diabetes is a common disease that affects many Americans and 90 to 95% of diabetics have Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). I will be discussing T2DM and one option to help deal with it effectively based on multiple studies. Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is significantly less common so I will focus this discussion

Side effects of Ursofalk
I’ve been recently diagnosed with PBC after positive AMA and liver biopsy. My LFT’s are all in normal range except slightly elevated GGT. I started on 500mg of Ursofalk taken at night. After a week I started experiencing severe pain on my right hand side. I called my gastroenterologist and he told me

Blood Test Results from GP, very ill and no diagnosis
Hello, Sorry I know some of these bloods will be irrelevant to the thyroid forum but posting just in case someone who knows better than me spots something. Background- I’ve been ill since 14, originally diagnosed with ME/CFS. Only thing that routinely showed up in tests was extremely low blood pressure

Fish and no chips
One thing with low carb life-style is I do miss occasional fish and chips. I went passed a chippy tonight and the smell was wonderful. So my question is, if I had just the battered fish, without any chips (which I won't miss anyhow), is that going to be full of carbs. And let's assume the batter is

Hashimotos-Back to the doc
Hello, I am supposed to get another scan of my thyroid in April, I had an ultrasound in January and there was a nodule so the endocrinologist wants to make sure it hasn’t grown. Her assistant said she will probably order another round of thyroid bloodwork before then. Here are my thyroid results from

Low carb Halva / Erythritol?
Morning all I've been eating LCHF for a few years. Although I don't get sugar cravings I do really love Halva and would like to be able to eat it more often, rather than just for a special treat. For those who aren't familiar, it's a middle eastern sesame snack made predominantly from pulped sesame

Low carb/keto and running...
Just completed my last run of c25k! Last week I found it my HBA1C levels were 42 which is just in prediabetes range. I did a bit of research and started ketogenic diet, but my last 2 runs felt like really hard work. Anyone have any advice in low carb and running? Thanks 🙏

Non celiac gluten sensitivity?
Hi everyone! I wanted to make a post asking about non celiac gluten sensitivity. I have been gluten free for many many years though not strictly eg worrying about cross contamination etc. I had been operating on the assumption I was on a completely gluten free diet for the last year since starting thyroid

Yes, dietary sugar can "feed" PC? (And heart disease!)
Many have noted here that PC, unlike some other cancers, depends more on fatty acids than on glucose. Here is another study noting that high intakes of sucrose/fructose (particularly in the form of sugary drinks) impact de novo lipogenesis. That is to say, the sugars help promote the body's increased
