Nourianz new medication to reduce off time
I would appreciate any feedback on Nourianz from anyone who used it. This is the new class of medication: adenosine A24 inhibitor. It doesn't have anything to do with dopamine. It can reduce OFF time by as much as 2 hours. It was used in Japan for quite awhile and now it has been approved in US

Pramipexole no longer working
I have been taking pramipexole, successfully, for 2.5 years. As of November 1, 2019, it stopped working and my symptoms became. I have read posts here and see that this is augmentation, or so it seems. My symptoms begin earlier, around 5:00 pm, and I am noticing that they are affecting other areas

Dopamine fasting latest silicone valley trend.
Hi everyone, I have read a few articles about this and basically its what we used to call switching off by disengaging from external stimuli. I'm fascinated that you can now get phone apps to help with dopamine fasting. My phone has an off switch and I can switch the ring tone off so I don't need an

More evidence (from mouse study) that Magnesium-L-threonate might be beneficial for PwP
“[O]ur results indicate MgT [magnesium-L-threonate] can significantly attenuate MPTP-induced motor deficits and DA [dopaminergic] neuron injury, which may be related to its ability of increasing the Mg [magnesium] concentration in the CSF [cerebrospinal fluid],” PNT article: Oral Magnesium Compound

Why Are Forum Members Who are Using HDT/B-1 Starting To Have Symptom Increases After 6 ~ 18 Months Of Being Stable With B-1/HDT ?
I've been answering questions about this more and more on this forum as members start to exceed 6 months of HDT use. I decided to make a post about this problem so members can search/reference this post as needed. According to Dr. Costantini, his theory is that thiamine/B-1 at higher dosing is reducing

Dopamine Agonists no longer first line treatment of RLS
Can anyone point me in the direction of reputable UK, US national health guidelines regarding the above? Also approaches to withdrawing off DAs. I'm wanting to arm myself before visiting my new doctor. Thanks.

Do other dopamine boosters also cause augmentation?
I’m experiencing really bad RLS augmentation from supplementing with L-Dopa for three months, but wondering if I switch to other dopamine boosters such as Chlonine, Uridine, L-theanine, will the effect be the same? For context, this is what they specifically do: https://www.mindlabpro.com/blogs/nootropics

New insights into addictive behaviour caused by dopamine replacement therapy
