A psychologist suggests that we're overstimulated and that makes us less sensitive to dopamine, so he recommends avoiding food, TV, sex, music, exercise and or anything which stimulates dopamine release for a period of time.

Absence (of dopamine in this case) makes the heart grow fonder, but not to a PD sufferer.

Good for a laugh. New age "make it up as you go" tacky version of meditation. Meditation does not need updating. This is the college degreed version of Beavis & Butthead.
