Does anybody get severe cramps; legs, pectoral and feet?
I have been on Ibrance for nearly 6 years. I feel I am doing well overall but I get very painful muscle cramps. I have experimented with Magnesium Oxide, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/Calcium and Potasium. The only thing that helps is drinking magnesium citrate power in water during

Best magnesium dosage
I have been taking Life Extension extended release magnesium (as ZumXR magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate) 500 mg (2 capsules of 250 mg each). I understand from Daphne’s Facebook group that Mg Oxide is not recommended. I intend to switch to Mg-1-threonate. Does anyone know what dosage of Mg-1-threonate

Magnesium CAUSING muscle cramps
Forgive the capitals. I have found the sweet spot for magnesium supplementation for constipation and its about 600mg split between 2 doses of 1/4 ts oxide but its also unfortunately causing me muscle cramps and dry eyes to the point I can't wear contact lenses during supplementation. I have tried many

Buprenorphine patch and swimming
Dear Everyone, About 3 months ago, I started withdrawing from Neupro with the help of Buprenorphine. Buprenorphine is only available as a patch in Brasil where I live. I am now free of any dopamine agonist for over 2 months and continue to use Buprenorphine to effectively control my RLS. The quality

update from Ruffabug (End of life plan)
A big thank you to those who kindly replied to my post of a couple weeks ago entitled HELP PLEASE TO REDUCE DOSE OF NEUPRO .To remind you I have terminal cancer with roughly six to nine months life expectancy. After reading your replies I decided not to try to reduce the Dopamine Agonist Receptor drugs

Bad RLS.
Hi all, I've been hovering around these boards for a couple of years now but this is my first post. I am a 39 year old male. As a child and adult sometimes after walking a lot during the day I would have the urge to move my legs when I was in bed trying to sleep, it would feel like I had excess

Somebody asked why I take Berberine. I figured it something good to share.
Yeah, I need to write down why I take things (I forget why eventually).
So Berberine:
1: It suppresses viruses, including EBV. I think viruses may play some role in PD (I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have RBD and a sore shoulder and some other troubling symptoms): https://healthunlocked.com

Long term Ropinirole update
Hi all, I’ve been on ropinirole for about 13 years with a fair amount of success, so thought my feedback to the group may be of value. My RLS is relatively mild compared to some: I can’t manage without medication, but I’ve been able to keep it under control. Things I have learned (in no particular

Augmented, now a drug holiday
Diagnosed with RLS 14 years ago. Since then, was on Pramipexole and augmented. Then prescribed Ropinerole and augmented. Saw a new neurologist (which I love!) and it is time for detox from all dopamine agonists. Scared to go through this, but know that it's necessary. What did you all do to help

Dopamine Agonist Withdrawal Syndrome (DAWS)
https://dc.etsu.edu/asrf/2024/schedule/123/ A case report of DAWS presenting as confusion, emotional liability and headache. Most of us who have been through withdrawal from Ropinirole, Pramipexole and Neupro recognise these symptoms, but hopefully, this article and others will help doctors to understand

Parkinsons caused by sugar?
Sugars…. If i was told i had to confirm what it is today id say sugars. Its like diabetes but specifically in the brain behind the blood brain barrier. Why sugar? High link to diabetes, causes high inflammation in both brain & gut, sugar effects dopamine levels which are misbalanced, my personal bad
