What is your take on Soybean? š§š¤
Edamame has always been my favorite snack since I was little. I usually steam and sprinkle a little bit of sea salt. You may find edamame prepared the same way as appetizer when you go to a sushi restaurant. I found many health benefits from edamame but one thing Iām concerned is phytoestrogen or isoflavones

Does magnesium help neuropathy?
Hello Has anyone had any success in using magnesium to address (idiopathic) neuropathy (numb feet, toes, with burning)? If so, what type etc. I am trying to avoid going down yet another blind alley! Thanks for any input.

Should I worry?
This is my first post to you. I have Polymyalgia Rheumatica and therefore am on 12.5mg Prednisolone every day. But it has put my Ha1c up to 51 and therefore I am now officially a person with type 2 Diabetes. But, I have no Diabetes symptoms and I feel very well and energetic in myself, even though

Dandelion root tea
Hi everyone. My husband is waiting on the list for the gift of a new liver. He is now unable to take his diuretics and has become resistant to them and has to have a drain every 8/10 days. Is dandelion root tea safe to take? it was suggested as a natural diuretic. Trying anything to make him a little

Cholesterol and Statins
Just had results of Cholesterol test which is 6.2 (up from 4.8 three years ago and pre PMR). Started a low carb diet as soon as prescribed Prednisolone and it has certainly stopped me from gaining. Weight but has meant that I have had to add more fat to my diet for energy. I am guessing that this has

Burning Sensation in Toe...ADT related?
I am nearing the end of my first year of ADT treatments (Eligard) with one more year to go. About two months ago, I noticed a burning sensation in one of my big toes, like someone was holding a cigarette to my toe. The pain lasts a few minutes before subsiding. I've read that this could be a sign of
