Has anyone tried the insulin powder? I saw an article on Twitter and Better India today, looks promising for Type 2.

Homemade Chicken Burger and Chips
Tonight’s dinner - crumbed chicken, avocado, tomato and coleslaw in a toasted brioche bun swerved chips, cooked in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and rosemary. It was delicious, even if I do say so myself. My husband was pretty impressed too

Benfotiamine
Benfotiamine benfothiamine 11/19/2017 Dear Roy, Sorry for my late, but unfortunately I can not speak English well, so it's Dr Erika Trevi who is writing these emails to you. We don't use benfothiamine because previous trials report it does not enter in the neural cells, that's why it is not used

NIDDUK quote - link between diabetes type 2 and stroke
People with diabetes tend to develop heart disease at a younger age than people without diabetes. In adults with diabetes, the most common causes of death are heart disease and stroke. Adults with diabetes are nearly twice as likely to die from heart disease or stroke as people without diabetes.2.

Anticholinergic drugs that play havoc with our memory and add to confusion. Many people with Parkinson's are on some of them.
https://www.peoplespharmacy.com/articles/common-medicines-throw-a-monkey-wrench-into-mental-machinery-and-memory Farther down in the article you can click on a link and you can bring up the drugs that are anticholinergic. Also, there is a list of all the symptoms.

Difficulty getting prescribed H2 Blockers.
I was prescribed Ranitidine when I was discharged from hospital last January 2020. This was then withdrawn and since, my pharmacy has not been able to obtain the substitutes which the doctors have subsequently prescribed:- famotidine, cimetidine and nizatidine. Does anyone know if these are now available

Israeli experts show that some already widely used drugs help fight COVID-19.
I stumbled across this while searching for vaccine safety information for my wife- she has both LUPUS and antiphosopholipid syndrome. Looks like statins, Pepcid, Anti-cholesterol fibrates, and even Viagra can help tamp it down. I'm on 3 of them plus Vit D & C. Time to make a reservation at my favorite

Pregabalin reduction?
I was up to 300 mg. daily at night and have reduced due to daytime sedation issues. (It has worked great for my PLMD for 9 months; best luck I have had with meds and I have tried them all.) Got down to 225mg. fairly easily, and benefited from the advice to divide the capsules in half. However, I

PA and blood group A connection ?
I found a Haematologist consultant's powerpoint presentation about the "diagnosis and management of vitamin B12 disorders" which, in discussing pernicious anaemia, made reference to an association with blood group A. No more detail than that, it being mainly bulletpoint prompts, but this interested

Thank you. Diabetes because of lung meds.
Thank you all so much for the response you gave me. I did not known that you could get diabetes through certain meds in particular my lung meds. They told me whilst in critical care in 2019 they were treating me with insulin because of the meds they were treating me with during my stay at CC. 1 year

I have AF. 5 years ago I was prescribed Dabigatran after having a stroke, plus Fleicanide and Bisoprolol. My annual eye test show retinal bleeding and the optician advised me to ask the GP for a diabetes check BP check. Well, I have normal BP and definitely do not have diabetes. My husband has Type
