Dear All,

Was weighing 93kg and diabetic. Slowly started to do walking post the lockdown from March'20. In the past 10 months lost 7 kgs. Now at 86 kg and fasting sugar has reduced too. Made changes in the eating habits. Since we are working from home all the samosas and bhajias are out of diet :)

From tomorrow going to start my C25K, hoping in the next 2.5 months reduce my weight, increase my stamina and most important reduce the blood sugar.

Regards

Nikhil
