Provera tablets
Hello ladies! Has anyone taken provera to induce their period before? How long does it take to start? I started 10mg a day for 5days on the 30th of December. Anxious to get my next cycle started after a chemical at the start of December. Any advice would be greatly appreciatedš

advised to start provera day 19 of cycle (before stims on next cycle)
Hi everyone, I've just had a call with the new clinic we're going to try this time (driving all the way into London was super stressful and we want to find an easier path to keep the stresses down!) - and they advised that while i'll 'start' treatment next cycle, it begins with putting me on progesterone

Depo-Medrone is done with me, but lasted almost a month
I had the Depo on 13th November and can officially say the positive effects have worn off. It is weird how you can feel the RA gradually taking over again. So back to stiffness and hand/wrist issues and the Metoject doesn't seem to help at all. 17.5ml not doing anything worthwhile and I am about to

So sleepy - since the Depo- steroid jab?
Not complaining. My wrist swelling is down and function is improved though not fully restored, I think there is damage, and morning stiffness and pain is gone (for now), since I had the Depo-Medrone jab. However, I am sleeping about 8 - 10 hrs! My usual is 6-8, so its a bit odd. The Methotrexate makes

Flare clinic - update, still not wearing flares though š
Thanks for all the positive support yesterday. It seems that Aberdeen RI, Rheumy dept have decided to re-organise how they see people. In addition to video and telephone consults, they are running 2 flare clinics a month. Good idea. Well organised. Not the doctor the letter indicated but one of my usual

Endometriosis - advice needed please
For as long as Iāve had periods (Iām now 27) Iāve really suffered! Pain. All the time - not just period pains but sharp pelvic/groin pain, pain when exercising and extremely uncomfortable bloating. Iāve tried so many contraceptive pills and the implant and have always had bad symptoms still or side

Best treatment?
Hi all. Hope youāre doing ok Just looking for any advice. At the beginning of 2019 I was put on Microgynon 30 to help with endo. However, it really messed with my mental health and by the end I was feeling as bad as before. I came off the pill at the beginning of lockdown to see if there was any difference

Help!
I need some advice and I am starting to lose my mind. Sorry for the TMI. Since coming off the pill in 2014 (TTC) my periods did not return. Eventually I was given Provera to kick start it, and this had to happen a couple of times. Still no success and multiple doctors and scans later i was diagnosed

Emotional response to gonal f injection on day 1
I did my first gonal f 225 injection today. Before this I had provera to bring my period on. Itās my first cycle of ivf though Iāve slowly been moving my way through fertility treatments. This is the first time Iāve taken such a huge dose of gonal f. I was fine but a few hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous

Not a question, more a sharing
Went to the Royal Free, Hampstead for scheduled appointment for PMR yesterday. I'm now nearly a year in from the initial diagnosis. Head of this department I originally saw privately. He gave me an injection of Depo-Medrone 120mg to see if my symptoms went away as a diagnostic tool. They did. Couldn't
