Help!

I need some advice and I am starting to lose my mind. Sorry for the TMI.

Since coming off the pill in 2014 (TTC) my periods did not return. Eventually I was given Provera to kick start it, and this had to happen a couple of times. Still no success and multiple doctors and scans later i was diagnosed with PCOS. No treatment discussed just told to lose weight.

Fro the last 2 years i have been bleeding heavy, with large clots. Ive been given Tranxemic acid to stop, and this has worked. But only lasts a couple of weeks. I went to see Gynaecologist in January, and it seemed positive that he was going to try help. Then my appointment was made virtual due to covid and he dismissed me and told me to lose weight. Case closed!

Recently the bleeding is very light, like spotting, but with occasional heavy bleed. This is now continuous - I have to wear protection every day and my life is becoming unliveable. Two weeks ago I had an appointment, and once again given Tran Acid, and this worked for 1 day, and now bleeding is back. Spoke to my doctor today, who was useless and just asked if id had scans (I've had about 10) and then offered me a new tablet. She just called back to say, that I can't have that one and is going to put me on the mini-pill.

I'm just losing the will - Im only 34 and this is running my life. Never being able to go out too far away from the toilet, and the constant pain. Can anyone give me any advice?

I've been trying to lose weight, but can't do anything active due to this issue. I am waiting for a referral letter to go private.
