Best treatment?

Hi all. Hope you’re doing ok

Just looking for any advice. At the beginning of 2019 I was put on Microgynon 30 to help with endo. However, it really messed with my mental health and by the end I was feeling as bad as before. I came off the pill at the beginning of lockdown to see if there was any difference etc (....you can imagine how that went!!)

Suffered really severe bleeding and was put on Provera for a month to kind of reset. Hoping to speak to my doctor in the next month for alternatives.

Just wondering if you have any recommendations of what works for you. Ideally I don’t want to be on meds (I’m on all the vitamins etc under the sun to help!) but I’m also realistic. Any views on different pills/the coil etc is welcome...or any natural remedies that help also!!

I've been on the IUD (Mirena) since my laparoscopy. It's really helped immensely with pain management. I don't get periods anymore, just random bleeding if I work out too hard or eat trigger foods. Ideally, I would be on no contraceptives/pills etc. but I'm terrified of taking Mirena out and then having to suffer through the pain again.
