Help required, I’ve been on depo injections for about 12 years to help stop migraines and heavy periods, for whatever reason I starting bleeding 5 weeks ago, none stop, doctor gave me provera tablets for 10 days a few days after I started bleeding, but they didn’t change things, my whole pelvis/ legs are in agony. Had to go to out of hours gp last week who got me an appointment next day with gynaecologist, he diagnosed pelvic inflammatory disease and gave me 2 lots of antibiotics to take for 2 weeks, it’s a week in and I’m still in agony, can barely walk, sit, sleep, dihydrocodeine not even touching the pain. I am so snappy to due to pain/tiredness. I am awaiting a scan but who knows how long that will take. I know doctors/consultants can get things wrong, I am so worried, any advice/ help would be appreciated. My bloods/ swabs were ok. I also have kidney stones in both kidneys plus other problems but I don’t think they would be relevant?
